Made one at a time in Tuscaloosa, AL

Your Team. Handmade.

Every board starts as a slab of figured hardwood and a cup of resin mixed to your school's colors. I pour it, sand it, detail the emblem by hand, and finish it in my garage one board, one order at a time.

How they're made

Six hours of hands on every board

Nothing here is printed, ordered in bulk, or drop-shipped. Each board is worked start to finish before the next one begins.

01
Choose the slabI pick each board by grain, burl, curl, or ambrosia so no two backs look the same.
02
Mix the colorsResin is tinted by hand until it matches the school's colors under daylight, not screen color.
03
Pour and cureThe river is poured in one pass and left to cure fully before anything touches it.
04
Detail the emblemEmblem work is done by hand at the bench, then cleaned up under a light.
05
Sand, polish, inspectProgressive sanding to a soft sheen, food safe finish, then a final inspection before it's packed.

Meet the maker

Hey, I'm Ava

Saturday Crafts started because I wanted to make something college-football fans would actually be proud to keep in their home. Not another t-shirt or foam finger, but a real piece of wood you'd set out when people come over.

I make these one at a time, from choosing the wood and mixing the team colors to sanding and polishing the finished board. Most of it happens in my parents' garage between classes and game days, which is why every order takes a little while and why every order genuinely means a lot to me.

If you have a question before you buy, email me. It's just me back here.
